Dinner
Between 6.30 pm and 8.30 pm you can round off the day in our à la carte restaurant Grünerhof. Please book your table in advance. There is no dress code, but it is not permitted to visit the restaurant in ski clothing.

Adapters / electrical connections
All sockets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Power adapters are available at reception.

Allergy sufferers
All our rooms have been newly built using only natural materials: Brick and limestone walls, wooden floors, wooden furniture and natural fabrics. At our altitude (1900m) there are no house dust mites. Please contact the reception if you need special beds and bed linen.

Arrival & Departure
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival – therefore we may ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to store your luggage in the luggage room. Arrival is possible until 20:00. Please let us know if you would like to arrive outside this time.

We have a modern SAT converter system and new televisions. Our system can receive a variety of channels. It is possible that you will find TV programmes on a different channel than at home. We kindly ask you not to change the TV settings. All available channels are programmed.

In each room there is a plan showing the escape routes in case of fire. Please take a close look at the escape routes and never use the lift in the event of an accident.

Air conditioning and heating
To ensure the perfect feel-good temperature in the room, all our rooms are equipped with underfloor heating as well as controlled indoor air. The controlled living room air supplies you with filtered fresh air 24 hours a day, which also reacts very quickly to temperature fluctuations. Window ventilation is therefore no longer necessary. You can also regulate the underfloor heating yourself using the thermostat on the wall. Please note that it takes approx. 12 hours for it to react.

If you want to spend the day in a cosy atmosphere, you’ve come to the right place! Our lounge / fireside lounge is open from 10:00 to 22:00.

Cold drinks can be taken from your minibar for an additional charge according to the price list.

From 11.30 am to 12.30 pm we serve small dishes for our hotel guests in the restaurant or on our terrace. Please let our team know during breakfast.

Night entrance
If you go out at night, we ask you to take your room card with you. There is a key switch at the entrance to U1.

Non-smoking rooms
We ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Your next tenant and we will thank you. Disregarding the smoking ban by guests is an administrative offence and is punishable by a fine of up to € 100.00, in the event of a repeat offence up to € 1,000.00.

Parking spaces
There are plenty of parking spaces directly at our hotel. We charge € 12.00 per day for the car park.

Smoke detector
Our hotel rooms and corridors are equipped with smoke detectors. If the smoke detectors sound an ALARM, please let us know immediately.

You can obtain an umbrella from reception on request.

Cleaning
You are welcome to have your laundry cleaned in our in-house laundry for a fee – please contact reception.

Restaurant
À la carte restaurant – kitchen open from 18:30 to 21:30. We kindly ask you to make a timely reservation in the restaurant. We also endeavour to provide catering for our hotel guests at other times. Please let us know your wishes.

Reception
Our reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. If you would like to leave before 08:00 in the morning, please settle your bill the day before. You can reach us by telephone 24 hours a day on extension 902.

Toboggan run
Daily from 9.00 – 16.00 at the Hochgurglbahn in Obergurgl/Pill. Night tobogganing every Thursday from 19.00 to 22.30.

Safe
There is a safe in the wardrobe. Instructions are in the safe.

Sauna
Our sauna is open from 15:00 to 20:00. Sauna towels are provided in the sauna.

Key / card key
If you arrive late, we will leave a card key in the key-boy machine to the right of the hotel entrance.

Shoe shine machine
You can use the shoe shine machine in the hotel entrance U1.

Ski & snowboard hire

Ask in the sports shops for discounts for the Hotel Grünerhof.

The ski cellar is located at the hotel entrance U1. There is a lockable cupboard for each room.

Spa
Do not enter the spa area with street shoes! It is mandatory to shower before using the spa facilities. Please use a bath towel when using the various facilities and do not wear swimwear in the wellness area. The wellness area is a NUDITY AREA! In order to guarantee the recreational value of our guests in the wellness area, we ask for your understanding that children under the age of 14 are not permitted in this area (sauna, steam bath, caldarium)! Open from 16:00 to 20:00.
