Our spacious 90-degree Finnish sauna is just the thing after an active programme. The heat relaxes tired muscles. In addition to the pleasant heat of 50 to 60 degrees, the sanarium is characterised by high humidity. In combination with essential Swiss stone pine and spruce oils, this sauna is a real treat for the respiratory tract.

Simply switch off… Our relaxation area with comfortable deckchairs invites you to unwind. Enjoy a free cup of tea at our tea station. Regional mountain herbal blends await you there. You are sure to be delighted by the high-quality teas from the South Tyrolean brand Golden Bridge.
Time for relaxation
Our textile-free wellness area is generally open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. – but you can talk yourself out of it. The sauna can be heated up as early as 2 pm when it is raining from Sölden to Gurgl in the Ötztal. We find a solution that suits all guests. This also applies to the little ones.
