Our Ötztal restaurant is known for sophisticated dishes such as asparagus tart and char on hot stone. But there is much more behind these delicious dishes than just a creative chef. Maximilian also lives out his connection to nature in the kitchen. Only ingredients that come from the region and fulfil the highest quality standards are used in the pan and the pot. The asparagus from the Alpine region and the trout from the restaurant’s own pond are prepared without artificial additives, so you can look forward to a healthy and thoroughly local culinary journey.
