Like everything else in our hotel, our cuisine is closely interwoven with nature. Only dishes that come from the region and are seasonally available end up on your plate. You won’t believe how short some of our transport routes are, because while you enjoy the view of the pond from our terrace, you can actually see the origin of your fish. Jams are made with the berries from our garden and we even collect the meat whole and process it ourselves. This guarantees that your enjoyment is not only tasty, but also sustainable and healthy.
